47 教學酒店 中大教學酒店在 2011 年 1 月 4 日正式開 幕，教學酒店包括香港沙田凱悅酒店 及命名為鄭裕彤樓的教學大樓，為中 大酒店及旅遊管理學院、工商管理學 院和研究所提供優良先進的實習及教 研設施，更為本港酒店及旅遊管理教 育展開新一頁。 Teaching Hotel CUHK celebrated the grand opening of the Teaching Hotel on 4 January 2011. The Teaching Hotel Project comprises Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin and the teaching building named Cheng Yu Tung Building, and provides state-of- the-art internship, teaching and research facilities for the School of Hotel and Tourism Management (SHTM), the Faculty of Business Administration as well as research institutes at CUHK, marking a new chapter in Hong Kong’s hotel and tourism management education.
