中 文大學設有多個研究中心，以擴 大人類對於不同學科的知識。在 2011 至 12 年度，中大邁向創校五十周年之 際，探索新課題的研究工作更形蓬勃， 多個研究中心相繼成立，令本校研究領 域更趨多元。此外，新書院校園陸續落 成，也令本校書院文化更加百花齊放。 更形充實的書院制 隨著善衡書院和晨興書院校園在 2011 年 10 月 28 日和 11 月 11 日分別落成，中文大學的 書院制更加充實。兩所書院的新校園落成， 有助大學迎接 2012 年起實行本科四年制， 學生人數上升，對於宿位和膳食設施需求 增加的挑戰。此外，這兩所書院的師生能在 自己的校園同宿共膳，並舉行高桌晚宴及 其他書院活動，增強對書院的歸屬感，有助 於新書院建立自己的特色和推行非形式教 育，令中大的書院制更加多姿多彩。 T he Chinese University has established a wide variety of research centres to expand human knowledge of different disciplines. As the University marched towards its Golden Jubilee, its research has grown in breadth and diversity and a number of new members have been added to its long list of research centres during the year 2011–12, helping to develop a more vibrant and robust research culture on our campus. The University’s college system makes undergraduate study at CUHK a unique experience. With the completion of the infrastructure of two new residential Colleges, the success of such a system is further guaranteed. A More Robust College System CUHK’s collegiate landscape has been further enriched after the inauguration of the new campuses of S.H. Ho College and Morningside College on 28 October and 11 November 2011, respectively.
