To date, the University has sent forth more than 188,000 graduates who have become the pillars of various sectors both locally and internationally. Not only are they committed to the betterment of society, but they are equally dedicated to their alma mater. Graduating Class Gift Campaign The year 2015 saw over 1,000 graduates (or over 10% of all graduates, making this a record-breaking year) take part in the ‘Graduating Class Gift Campaign’. All donations raised through the campaign would go towards the I·Care Programme and various other meaningful causes. CUHK Alumni Torch Fund At the Alumni Homecoming Day held on 28 November 2015, the incumbent fundraising committee of ‘CUHK Alumni Torch Fund’ presented a donation cheque of HK$1.22 million to the University. Since the Fund’s establishment in 2014, nearly HK$2.9 million had been raised. The total 中大歷屆校友迄今已逾十八萬八千之 數，在本港及海內外各行各業分據要 津，服務社會不遺餘力，對母校亦恆 表關注。 畢業生捐款計劃 2015 年的「畢業生捐款計劃」得到逾 千名應屆畢業生支持，即是年度畢業 生總數百分之十以上，創歷年記錄。 所有捐款將用於支持中大「博群計 劃」及其他饒富意義的項目。 校友傳承基金 香港首個由校友創立及籌募的長期 基金—「香港中文大學校友傳承基 金」—在 11 月 28 日的「 2015 中大校友 日」上，向母校致贈捐款合一百二十 二萬元。該基金在 2014 年成立以來， 毋忘母校 集腋成裘 Concerted Fundraising Efforts for CUHK 50 香港中文大學年報 CUHK Annual Report 2015–2016
