Worldwide Universities Network During this year, Vice-Chancellor Prof. Joseph J.Y. Sung was elected by the presidents of the 18 member universities of the Worldwide Universities Network (WUN) as Chair of its Partnership Board. WUN is a leading global higher education and research network comprising member universities from 11 countries in five continents, focusing on developing innovative solutions to the world’s most significant challenges. At present, 46 CUHK researchers are involved in WUN’s 35 research projects. Trilateral Academic MOU CUHK Vice-Chancellor Prof. Joseph J.Y. Sung, University of Toronto’s Prof. Meric Gertler (left), and Utrecht University’s Mrs. Marjan Oudeman (middle) met and signed an MOU in April 2016 to facilitate trilateral educational and research collaborations initially in public health, cities, and migration. 世界大學聯盟 校長沈祖堯教授年內獲世界大學 聯盟（ WUN ）十八所成員院校的 校長推選，成為聯盟的合作委員會 主席，領導聯盟的發展。該聯盟為國 際高等教育及研究網絡，成員院校 遍及五大洲十一國，旨在合作發展 創新方案，應對現今世界重大挑戰。 現時，中大共有四十六位研究人員 參與聯盟轄下的三十五個合作研究 項目。 三地學術協議 中大沈祖堯校長、多倫多大學 Meric Gertler 教授（左）及烏得勒支大學 Marjan Oudeman 女士（中），於 2016 年 4 月在烏得勒支大學會晤並 簽訂備忘錄，推動三方教研合作，首 階段集中於公共衞生、城市和遷徙 等領域的教研。 55 百川滙學海 涓滴傾社群 Community Outreach and Engagement—Forging Ties Near and Far
