馮兆滔先生 Mr. Clement S.T. Fung 由 2011 年 5 月 18 日起獲推選為成員 elected from 18 May 2011 泛海集團主席 Chairman of Asia Standard International Group Limited 馮先生為泛海集團主席兼薪酬委員會成員，亦為滙漢控 股有限公司主席兼執行董事及薪酬委員會成員、其上市 附屬公司泛海酒店集團有限公司執行董事及泛海集團 若干附屬公司董事。他擁有逾三十年項目管理及建築經 驗，為香港工程師學會資深會員。他亦是中大逸夫書院 校董會主席。 Mr. Fung is Chairman and a Member of the Remuneration Committee of Asia Standard International Group Limited (‘ASI’). He is also Chairman, an Executive Director and a Member of the Remuneration Committee of Asia Orient Holdings Limited, an Executive Director of its listed subsidiary, Asia Standard Hotel Group Limited, and a Director of certain subsidiaries of ASI. He has over 30 years of experience in project management and construction, and is a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. He is also Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Shaw College of CUHK. 方永平教授 Prof. Fong Wing-ping 由 2016 年 1 月 1 日起為當然成員 ex officio from 1 January 2016 香港中文大學崇基學院署理院長 Acting Head of Chung Chi College, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 方教授現為中大崇基學院署理院長及生命科學學院 教授， 1987 年在美國哈佛醫學院當博士後研究員， 1989 年返回母校中大生物化學學系執教，並曾出任崇基學 院副院長（ 2014 年）、崇基走讀生舍堂首任舍監（ 1996 至 1999 年）、學生宿舍委員會主席（ 1999 至 2004 年）、 學生輔導長（ 2004 至 2011 年）及服務學習中心首位主任 （ 2013 至 2015 年）。 Professor Fong is Acting Head of Chung Chi College and Professor in the School of Life Sciences of CUHK. After two-year post-doctoral research at Harvard Medical School in the USA, he joined the Department of Biochemistry of CUHK in 1989 and was Associate Head (2014) of Chung Chi College. He was the first warden of the Non-resident Hall (1996–1999), Chairman of the Student Hostels Committee (1999–2004), Dean of Students (2004–2011) and Founding Director of the Service-Learning Centre (2013–2015) of the College. 黃乃正教授 Prof. Henry N.C. Wong 由 2012 年 9 月 1 日起為當然成員 ex officio from 1 September 2012 香港中文大學新亞書院院長及理學院院長 Head of New Asia College and Dean of Science, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 黃教授現為中大新亞書院院長（ 2014 年 – )、理學院院 長（ 2013 年 – ）及化學講座教授（ 1996 年 – ）。加入中大 （ 1983 年）前，他受聘於哈佛大學（ 1977 至 1978 年）、倫 敦大學學院（ 1979 至 1980 年）及中國科學院上海有機化 學研究所（ 1980 至 1982 年）。他歷任中大副校長（ 2009 至 2013 年）、理學院暫任院長（ 2012 至 2013 年）及新亞書院 院長（ 2002 至 2010 年）。黃教授獲頒中國國家自然科學 二等獎，並當選中國科學院（ 1999 年）及發展中世界科學 院（ 2004 年）院士，現為港科院創院院士（ 2015 年）。 Professor Wong is Head of New Asia College (2014–), Dean of Science (2013–) and Professor of Chemistry (1996–) of CUHK. Prior to joining CUHK in 1983, he was with Harvard University (1977–1978), University College London (1979–1980), and the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, The Chinese Academy of Sciences (1980–1982). He was Pro-Vice-Chancellor (2009–2013), Interim Dean of Science (2012–2013) and Head of New Asia College (2002–2010) of CUHK. He received the 2nd Class of the State Natural Science Award of China and was elected a member of The Chinese Academy of Sciences (1999), and is a Fellow of The Academy of Sciences for the Developing World (2004). He is a Founding Member of The Academy of Sciences of Hong Kong (2015). 余濟美教授 Prof. Jimmy C.M. Yu 由 2012 年 8 月 1 日起為當然成員 ex officio from 1 August 2012 香港中文大學聯合書院院長 Head of United College, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 余教授現任中大聯合書院院長、卓敏化學教授、電子工 程學系教授（禮任）及環境、能源及可持續發展研究所副 所長。他在美國執教十一年後，於 1995 年加入中大，曾榮 獲國家自然科學獎（ 2005 年），並獲國家教育部委任為 長江學者講座教授（ 2009 年），及後擔任國立台北科技 大學榮譽國際講座教授（ 2013 年）。他擁有八項有關製 造和應用光催化納米材料的發明專利權。 67 管理與行政 Governance and Administration
