大學校董會執行委員會 Executive Committee of the Council 大學校董會執行委員會獲大學校董會授權，執行由大 學校董會轉授予該委員會的部分權力及職責，處理大學 日常事務。執行委員會可根據大學校董會不時訂明的 指引及限制，代表大學校董會處理事務。 The Executive Committee of the Council is entrusted to carry out part of the powers and duties of the Council, as delegated by the Council, to manage the affairs of the University on a day-to-day basis. It also acts for and on behalf of the Council subject to such guidelines and limitations as may be stipulated by the Council from time to time. 財務委員會 Finance Committee 財務委員會依據《香港中文大學條例》規定，處理凡屬 大學校董會管轄範圍內而又在財務方面有重大關連之 事宜。 As a statutory committee of the Council, the Finance Committee deals with all matters within the jurisdiction of the Council which have important financial implications. 榮譽學位委員會 Honorary Degrees Committee 向大學校董會建議頒授榮譽博士學位事宜。 To recommend the award of Honorary Degrees to the University Council. 榮譽院士委員會 Honorary Fellowship Committee 向大學校董會建議榮譽院士的人選。 To recommend to the Council candidates for the Honorary Fellowship. 風險管理委員會 Risk Management Committee 制訂及檢討由大學校董會通過的風險管理政策；監察及 協調所有活動，旨在識別，評估及緩減可能削弱或有利 大學教育、研究、知識轉移及社區參與之風險；制訂大學 的風險管控表，並最少每年經審核委員會向大學校董會 報告。 To formulate and keep under review a risk management policy for approval by the Council, oversee and coordinate all activities aimed at identifying, assessing and mitigating risks that may adversely or beneficially affect the University’s ability to achieve its objectives in education, research, knowledge transfer and community engagement, and to develop a risk register at institutional level for report to the Council, via the Audit Committee, at least annually. 教職員服務規則委員會 Terms of Service Committee 檢討薪酬水平等一般服務條件，並向大學校董會提出建 議；此外，該委員會也根據校長或大學校董會指示，檢討 個別教職員薪酬之事宜。 To review and recommend to the Council general conditions of service including levels of remuneration, and to advise on matters concerning the remuneration of any individual member of staff referred to it by the Vice- Chancellor or the Council. 大學投標管理委員會 University Tender Board 審議經大學校園發展處所建議各工程項目的標書，並就 有關事宜向校長提供意見。 To consider tenders for capital projects recommended by the Campus Development Office, and to advise the Vice-Chancellor thereon. 大學校董會屬下委員會職能簡述 （續） Brief Descriptions of Council Committees (continued) 78 香港中文大學年報 CUHK Annual Report 2015–2016
