He was graduated f r om Ch u ng Chi College w i t h a major in Economics and a m i n o r in Business Adm i n i s t r a t i on. H e received his M . A . degree at George Peabody College of Nashville, T e n n. where he studied L i b r a ry Science and Education, He d id further graduate wo rk at the Un i v e r s i ty of Minnesota. A f t e r his studies in the Un i t ed States, he served for a short time as Special Assistant t o the Registrar at Au s t in College of Sherman, Texas. T h e n he received a grant f r o m T h e Asia Foundation to make an observation visit to five private college s in the States to study their curricula and libraries. Later he joined the Chalme r Davee L i b r a ry of the Wisconsin State University at River Falls, Wis. He resigned f r om it in 1964 in order to return to his alma mater where he had serve d before going abroad. H e is now the Assistan t Registrar of Ch u ng C h i College. M r . Lee is a membe r of the National Association for Foreign Student Affairs (U.S.A.), and a membe r of the American L i b r a ry Association. COMINGS & GOINGS • M r . Carl W . Painter , one of the leading members of the legal profession of New Y o rk an d President of the Lega l A i d Society, visited Ch u ng Chi College on Ma r c h 25. M r . Painter is a keen Y W C A worker. • D r. Charles A. Kennedy , Professor of Religion and Basic Studies of Au s t in College, Texas, visited Ch u ng Chi College on Ma r ch 25, an d delivered an address on ‘‘Student Involvement in Wo r ld Affairs T o d a y ". • T h e Rt. Reverend R.P. Hall, Bishop of H o ng K o n g and Macau, and one of th e founders of Ch u ng Chi College, visited the College on Easter Sunday, A p r i l 10, to bid farewell. He w i ll retire this year and return to England soon . T h e College gave a farewell dinner in his honour on A p r i l 28. • D r. Robert Dan, Universit y and Ch u ng Chi College Physician, left H o n g K o n g on A p r i l 20 t o attend the T h i r d Asian Student Health Conference held f r om A p r il 21 to 29 in Thailand. • M r . & M r s.
