• The 14t h Track Meet of Chung Ch i College was held on 27th an d 28th November. Over 32 0 students took part in the annual event. • Dr . Y.P . Mei , President of Ne w Asia College, gave a reception fo r the students on 14t h November. The Dean of Studies, the Dean of Students and the Comptroller o f the College also attended. • Under the joint sponsorship of the Department of Business Administration of Ne w Asia College an d the United States Information Service, a display of books on commerce held at the Department o f the College began on 24th November. I t will last fo r about one month. • M r . Peter Etherton, Assistant Lecturer i n the Department o f English an d Western Languages an d Literature, Chung Ch i College, has been awarded the degree o f Master o f Arts by the University o f London. Hi s field of research was the work of the Irish playwright O'Casey. • Th e Student Union o f Ne w Asia College organized an inter-department drama contest o n 27th an d 28th November, at which the Fine Arts Department wo n the championship. • M r . Chang Yun-chao an d M r . Leung Honking, graduates of United College i n 1965 and 196 3 respectively, were conferred the degree o f Master of Arts at the 76th Congregation o f the University of Hong Kong on 26th November.
