Wan The terms of reference fo r the Committee are: 1. to advise the Senate on matters of staff/student relations; 2. to advise the University Administration on the operation of the Benjamin Franklin Centre; and 3. to recommend policies on student affairs to the Senate. STAFF PROFILES Mr. Michael Shih-Du Sun, Lecturer in Business Administration, New Asia College Mr. Michael Shih-Du Sun graduated from Syracuse University wit h an M.B.A. degree in 1955 , majoring in Production Management and Industrial Engineering. His working experience included serving as Professor in the Industrial Education Department, Taiwan Normal University, Senior Engineer, Union Carbide Corporation in Taiwan, and Plant Manager of steel mill, plastic chemicals plant etc. He was appointed Lecturer in Business Administration at New Asia College in 1971. Mr. Sun is the author of Principles and Methods of Management. Mr. Desmond Yu-Tai Lee, Administrative Assistant, University Registry Mr. Desmond Yu-Tai Lee, a graduate of the United College of this University, received hi s B.A. and M.A. degrees in 1966 and 1968. After graduation, he worked at the Hong Kong Baptist College and Lingnan College. His duties included administration and teaching. Mr. Lee joined the Personnel Section of the University Registry in September 1971. Mrs. Mary S. Boldrick, Field Work Supervisor, Department of Social Work, Chung Chi College Mrs. Mary S. Boldrick graduated f r om Ma r y v i l le College in Tennessee in 1948 with a B.A. degree, majoring in Sociology. After graduation she went t o China under the auspices of the Presbyterian Board of Foreign Missions to teach English i n a girls' school in Changsha, Hunan. During the spring semester 1949 she taught at True Light Schoo l in Canton and then for two years at the Kowloon True Light Middle School in Hong Kong. After returning to the United States, Mrs. Boldrick worked for one and a half years in a children's home operated by the Presbyterian Board of National Missions. She then entered the Graduate School of Social Work at the University of Pittsburgh where she received her M.S.W. degree in 1955. For the next six years she was a medical social worker in a State tuberculosis hospital in Pennsylvania. In November 1961 Mrs. Boldrick returned to Hong Kong and worked at the Christian Family Service Centre as a casework supervisor. She returned to the United States in 1966 for further studies and became a Field Work Supervisor for Chung Chi College in 1967 .
