Dr. Yu-To Chung Dr. Yu-to Chung, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, is a commerce graduate of the University of Edinburgh and obtained his Master of Business Administration and Doctor of Business Administration degrees from Indiana University in the United States. Before joining The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1966, Dr. Chung worked in the London and Hong Kong Offices of Messrs. Peat, Marwick Mitchell & Co., where he gained practical experience in auditing, financial/ managerial accounting, tax accounting and investigation work. Dr. Chung's research interests and publications are in the areas of government budgeting, financial accounting, and U.K. and H.K. tax accounting. Dr. Chung serves as Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration from 1976-78 and is Director of Studies in Accounting and Finance, and Chairman of the Senate Committee on Physical Education. Dr. Chung is a member of the Ad Hoc Committee on Training in Commerce and the Services of the Hong Kong Training Council of the Hong Kong Government, a member of the Finance Management Committee of the Hong Kong Management Association, and a member of the Training and Examinations Committee of the Hong Kong Society of Accountants.
