Awards for Art Gallery Exhibition Catalogues T wo p u b l i c a t i o ns p r o d u c ed b y t he A r t G a l l e ry t o a c c omp a ny its e x h i b i t i o ns have w on i mp o r t a nt awards. The Art of Su Liupeng and Su Renshan w on the second prize in the A w a rd f or Outstanding A c h i e v eme nt in Social Science Research ( 1 9 8 8 - 9 0) o r g a n i z ed by the Joint A s s o c i a t i on o f Social Science o f G u a n g z h ou and the G u a n g z h ou Social Science F o u n d a t i o n. E d i t ed b y M a y c h i ng K a o, the catalogue contains 10 paintings and c a l l i g r a p hy of the ‘ T wo S u ' s ', t wo research papers, and appendices on signatures and seals. I t is a valuable reference for the study of the t wo 19th century Guangdong artists. A n o t h er catalogue, Jades from the Tomb of the King of Nanyue, has been chosen as one o f the 10 w i n n i ng titles i n the A w a rd f o r the Best P r o d u c ed B o o ks i n H o ng K o ng ( 1 9 9 1) o r g a n i z ed b y the U r b an Council and the H o ng K o ng Trade Development Council.
