For Students to Gain Added Value Launching the Accelerated Schools Project in Hong Kong First launched in the United States 11 years ago, the Accelerated SchoolsProject (ASP) is a comprehensive school-based approach to school change which encompasses an integrated restructuring of the components of school education, including curriculum and instructional strategies, administration and organization, student learning (both academic and extracurricular), counselling, and parental and c o m m u n i t y involvement.
