This is a significant achievement for the University as well as for the higher education sector of Hong Kong. It demonstrates that Hong Kong is not just a premium commercial and financial hub of the region but also a top-class centre for business and management education in the Asia Pacific. The results we re released i n the A u g u s t 2002 issue of the magazine. The 62 business schools i n the Asia-Pacific r e g i o n t a k i n g p a r t i n the 2002 s u r v e y w e r e assessed u s i ng three criteria: f a c u l ty resources, s t u d e nt quality, a nd academic r e p u t a t i o n.
