Chinese University Bulletin Spring · Summer 2007 16 New Programme Building on excellence, the school will introduce new programmes in an organized manner. The first of these will be a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) which will be launched in September 2008. This will be an innovative programme that enjoys the support of both branches of the legal profession, and it will be restricted to a core of high quality students. The CUHK Willem C.
