44   Chinese University Bulletin Spring • Summer 2008 Appointments New/Reappointed Faculty Deans • Prof. Wong Tak-jun ( left ) has been appointed as the dean of the Faculty of Business Administration from 1 August 2008. • Prof. Mike McConville ( right ) has been appointed as the first dean of the Faculty of Law for a period of three years from 1 August 2008. • Prof. Paul S.N. Lee has been reappointed as the dean of the Faculty of Social Science from 1 August 2008. Reappointment of University Dean of Students Prof. Ho Puay-peng has been reappointed as University Dean of Students with effect from 1 February 2008.* Reappointment of College Head Prof. Leung Yuen-sang has been reappointed as head of Chung Chi College for three years from 1 August 2008. Emeritus Professors • Prof. Samuel S.M. Sun ( left ) has been awarded the title of Emeritus Professor of Biology with effect from 1 August 2008. • Prof. Clive Stewart Cockram ( right ) has been awarded the title of Emeritus Professor of Medicine with effect from 1 August 2008. * Prof. Dennis K.P. Ng will succeed Prof. Ho Puay-peng as University Dean of Students from 1 February 2009.
