The centre’s administration is accountable to a management board drawn fromsenior members of the Faculty of Education and the HongKong Institute of Educational Research (HKIER) of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Through working closely with practising prof essionals, the centre aims to conduct q uality research, and organize d evelopment and training activities fo r educational leaders in Hong Kong, the Asia-Pacific region and the wider international community. The centre aims at promoting the pro fessionalism of educational leaders through: • providing supportive services in the form of training courses; • offering consultancy services to individuals and institutions; • developing connections with other leadership centres; • promoting research in educational leadership and administration.
