PhD Programme in Gender Studies The objective of this programme is to encourage further integration of teaching and research in gend er studies in East and Southeast Asian societies at a more advan ced level. It bring s together differen t disciplinary and methodolo gical approaches for the advancement of gender studies, and encourages the integration of theoretical knowledge and research skills in the course of study as well as in the students’ theses. Fields of Sp ecialization Students will work under a supervisor from a participating dep artment.
