(2) Notification in accordance with subparagraph (1)( a ) and ( b ) shall be made — ( a ) within 3 months of the commencement of The ChineseUniversity of Hong Kong (Declaration of Shaw College)Ordinance; and ( b ) thereafterwithin 28 days of any change. (3) Notification under subparagraph (1)( c ) shall be made within 28 days after the making of any written provision under paragraph 3(4) or the making of any change therein. (4) Any person may in spect at the office of the Registrar of Companies any of the documents registered under this paragraph. (5) A f ee of $5.0 0 shall be payable f or r egistering or inspecting any document referred to in this paragraph. 6. TheBoard of Trustees shall in each year,prepare and produce to the Council its audited accounts in such fo rm and at such times as th e Council may determine. (Cap. 1139.)
