458 Part 7• University Ordinanceand Regulations (c) For the Executive MBA Programme, the applicant shall have obtained a bachelor’sdegree or professional qualifications equivalent to adegree. (d) For a Postgraduate Diploma Programme other than those separately listed in the ensuing sub-paragraphs, the applicantshall have graduated from a recognized university and obtained abachelor’s degree. (e) Fo r the on e-y ear f ull-time Po stgraduate Diploma in Ed ucation Progr amme, the applican t shall h ave grad uated from a recog nized university and obtained abachelor’s degree with a major/minor subject in an area of study within the secondary school curriculum. (f) Fo r the two -year par t-time Po stgraduate Dip loma in Education Programme, theapplicant shall (i) hav e gr aduated f rom a recognized university and obtained a bachelor’s degree with a major/minor subject in an area of study within thesecondary school curriculum; and (ii) be an in-service full-time secondary school teacher. (g) Fo r the two -year par t-time Po stgraduate Dip loma in Education (Primary) Programme, the applicant shall (i) hav e gr aduated f rom a recognized university and obtained a bachelor’s degree; and (ii) be an in-service full-time primary school teacher. (h) Fo r the two -year part- time Advanced Postgradu ate Diploma in Education Programme, the applicant shall (i) hav e gr aduated f rom a recognized university and obtained a bachelor’s degree; and (ii) have a postgraduate diploma in education, or equivalent; and (iii) have relevant professio nal experience in a field th at is dir ectly related to the p rogramme they apply for (alternatively, students with no r elevan t pro fession al ex per ience bu t hav in g tak en sp ecialized co ur ses in equ iv alen t pr og rammes o ff er ed b y recognized institutions may also apply); and (iv) meet specif ic requ iremen ts p r escribed b y the r esp ectiv e programmes, if any. 2.2 Additional requirements Each graduate division may set further requirements, including a subject test or language test, and may also waive such additional requirements in particular cases. 3.0 Fe es 3.1 The fees prescribed by the University Council shall b e payable on dates specified unless prior permission for deferment is obtained. 3.2 A student in arrears shall be subjectto fines. A student in arrears, whether in part or in full, or who has outstanding fines unpaid for more than two weeks shall be considered to have withdrawn from studies.
