The University has also solicited support from business enterprises in Hong Kong to setup the Shanghai-Hong Kong-Anson Research Foundation for CAS and CUHK in Molecular Biosciences. The University isactively involved in providing training and consultancy services to governmentalagencies and the business community on the mainland. Both regular and tailor-madecourses are offered tomeet thevarious needs of the organizations. In response to the rapid economic growth in Chinaand the need for high calibrebusiness executives, the University has launched two programmes in the mainland: an MBA Programme in Finance in cooperation with Tsinghua University, and a Master of Accountancy Programme with Peking University. Th e Un iver sity ’s Beijing Liaison Office, located in Nange of Peking University, prov ides logistics supp ort to ex chan ge activities condu cted by University members and helps enhance cooperation with mainland institutions.
