Postgraduate Studies • Social Science 373 MPhil Programme in Industrial–Organizational Psychology (Full-time) This is the first postgraduate programme in Hong Kong designed specially for the training of professional industrial–organizational psychologists. This programme aims to attract students who are interested in having a career in business consultancy, human resource management, training and development, human factors, and applied organizational and consumer research. The design of the curriculum follows the scientist-practitioner model, with emphasis on both theoretical/research and applied skills. Students will receive comprehensive training in utilizing psychological knowledge or improving organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. Fields of Specialization 1. Job Analysis 2.
