Coordinate provisions for health care, health education and health promotion services; 2. Assess individuals and community needs for health care management, health education and health promotion; 3. Plan and implement effective health care management, health education and health promotion programmes in various settings; 4. Act as resource person; 5. Be able to use evidence based health information to manage and promote health; 6. Link knowledge to application; and 7.
