Support Facilities, Services, and Staff Organizations 399 Information Services Office The Information Services Office ( http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/iso ) manages and publishes a range of institutional information of the University, including a set of bilingual publications about CUHK in print and web formats. The Office is also responsible for the ongoing content enhancement of the University’s information system and the official CUHK website. The Chinese University of Hong Kong Calendar ( http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/iso/ calendar/ ), published in autumn each year, catalogues the University’s history, organization, facilities, regulations, and academic programmes. It is distributed to CUHK staff and educational organizations. Copies are also on sale at The Chinese University Press and the University Bookshop. The Chinese University of Hong Kong Annual Report ( http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/ iso/report/ ) is published annually to review the major developments of the University of the previous academic year. The Chinese University Bulletin ( http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/iso/bulletin/ ) is a biannual publication on recent University activities, developments and achievements. It is distributed free to friends of the University. An electronic series, Gifts and Donations Series ( http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/iso/gifts/ ), is published as a supplement to the Chinese University Bulletin . The Professorial Inaugural Lecture Series ( http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/iso/prof/ ) , available only in electronic format, carries the full text of the inaugural lectures of the University’s chair professors. The Wei Lun Lecture Series ( http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/iso/weilun/ ), available only in electronic format, carries the text of lectures given by Wei Lun Visiting Professors to the University since 1991. The CUHK Newsletter ( http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/iso/newslter/ ) is a bimonthly publication carrying University news, announcements, personalia, and feature articles. Its target readers are staff members of the University. The E-Newsletter ( http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/enews ), an electronic newsletter launched in July 2004, brings news of interest to staff, students, alumni and friends in a quick and user-friendly manner. It is distributed as needed via mass mailing. Sustainable Campus ( http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/greencampus/en/communication/ suscamp.pdf )is a periodic newsletter that shares with members of the University its policies and initiatives for mapping out plans for sustainable development. Facts and Figures ( http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/iso/facts/ ) , published in spring each year, provides the latest statistical information on the University. The Contact Directory, updated annually, lists the contact information of staff members and units of the University. The University’s undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and regulations are compiled and published annually by the University Registry and the Graduate School. Information about research activities and staff publications is published annually by the University’s Research and Technology Administration Office as Research Projects and Publications ( http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/rtao/research/rpp0405/ publicat.htm ).
