文物館展出清帝御用瓷器 Qing Imperial Porcelain on Display 粉彩百鹿紋尊；乾隆； 南京博物院藏品 Large vase decorated with 'hundred deer' in famille rose enamels; Qianlong period; Nanjing Museum collection. 色彩繽紛、風格華麗的淸代康熙、雍正、乾隆三朝御用宮廷瓷器，將由 本月十八日起在文物館展出，歡迎參觀。 「淸瓷萃珍」展覽由本校文物館與南京博物院合辦，共展出一百零一件 淸帝御用瓷器。八十件精選自南京博物院珍藏，原屬淸朝內府奉天行宮及熱 河行宮的日用瓷、陳設瓷、文房用具、祭器等。另輔以二十一件文物館藏 品，主要來自本港各界熱心人士的捐贈。 展品囊括靑花、釉裏紅、鬥彩、單色釉、粉彩、琺瑯彩等不同瓷器製 作，無論釉彩、繪飾、造型，都顯現精湛技藝，不僅反映淸代瓷器的最大成 就，亦展示中國瓷器製作的最高工藝技術水平。 展期至五月十四日，而展覽開幕儀式訂於本月十七日下午四時三十分在 文物館舉行，由徐展堂博士主持。 Jointly organize d b y th e Nanjin g Museu m an d th e CUH K Ar t Gallery, th e exhibitio n 'Qin g Imperia l Porcelai n o f th e Kangxi , Yongzheng an d Qianlon g Reigns ' w i l l featur e product s o f imperia l kiln s of thes e thre e reign s o f th e Qin g Dynasty . Ther e w i l l b e m openin g ceremon y a t 4.3 0 p.m . on 17t h Marc h which w i l l b e followe d b y a preview o f th e exhibition . 香港亞太研究所新書 下列書籍歡迎郵購，不另收郵費，有興趣者可致電二六零九八七七零 香港亞太硏究所鄭錦華先生查詢。 •《發展與不平等：大陸與台灣之社會 階層與流動》 四百卅七頁 平裝本 港幣一百元 該書由本校香港亞太研究所副所長 劉兆佳教授、硏究統籌員尹寶珊女士，以 及香港大學社會學系黃紹倫教授和香港理 工大學應用社會科學系李明堃教授合編。 書內收錄了一九九三年十二月十及十一日 在本校舉行的「華人社會社會階層研究硏 討會」的中文論文十四篇，由中、港、台 十五位社會學者撰寫，討論兩岸社會發展 與階層化的現象。三地學者的學術背景和 「知識結構」不盡相同，所關注的問題和 硏究焦點亦有異，但關心中國知識分子的 懷抱則一：走在發展道路上的兩岸中國人 社會正面對怎樣的不平等問題？路上潛伏 哪些危機？此書兼備個案研究與理論探 討，爲不同華人社會的比較硏究奠下基 礎。 •《香港選舉資料匯編：一九八二年一 一九九四年》 二百八十八頁 平裝本 港幣八十元 此書由雷競璇及沈國祥合編。兩位 編者多年來專硏香港選舉問題。雷競游博 士任教於香港城市大學公共及社會行政學 系，沈國祥先生則爲本校香港亞太研究所 香港政治發展硏究計劃的硏究助理。書內 收錄了一九八二年香港政府發展代議政制 以來，各級議會的選舉和補選的資料和數 據，包括選民數目、投票率、選區安排、 候選人的有關詳情、得票數目和選舉結果 等。書內亦就各次選舉的背景和涉及的制 度安排與變化作扼要交代，並詳細介紹香 港現行的選舉制度。該書編排條理分明， 內容詳盡細緻，是硏究香港政治和選舉的 必備參考書。 校園交通管制措施簡介 中大校園的交通措施，乃根據由一九八九 年七月一日起生效之《道路交通法私家路規 則 》 制定，校園內之泊車限制、處理棄置車輛 及扣押違例停泊車輛等措施，均符合《私家路 規則》條文。 私家路與一般道路相同，均受警方管制。 私家路與私有土地上之道路不同之處，在於前 者爲公開予公眾人士使用，任何人士皆可進 入，惟須遵守各項泊車及停車規定；後者則爲 私人擁有，須經業主邀請或准許方可進入。同 時，前者設有符合道路交通法例所訂明規格之 街燈及交通標誌，後者則未必如是。 大學保安組現行之鎖車及拖車等交通管制 政策及措施，悉經大學保安委員會制訂，並獲 行政事務委員會認可執行。 同人與學生申請本校「車輛登記證」時， 申請表格均附列本校交通條例及教職員專用停 車場使用規則，詳載違例事項及罰則，亦申明 大學當局有權處置違例停泊之車輛。 所有進入校園之人士，無論其身分是否爲 大學員生，皆受法律保障及規限；在執行私家 路法例時，須公正無私，不能只針對校外人 士。 現時保安組執行交通管制之緩急次序爲： (一)防止嚴重阻塞——例如阻塞大路、路 口、巴士站、停車場出入口、樓宇出入口，以 及特殊地點（如防火通道、電力站、石油氣站 與危險品倉等）。 (二)監察黃線區——黃線區設於常有車輛 違例停泊之處。校方在該等區域附近除設有合 法指定車位外，尙有可容忍之非法泊車位置。 而黃線之作用，是警惕駕駛者於該處泊車乃屬 違法，兼不能獲寬大處理。 (三)管制違反泊車指示車輛——校園部分 車位預留作特別用途或供某類特定車輛使用， 其他人士違反指定用途時，得受鎖車及拖車管 制。通常情況下，保安組在接獲投訴後，方執 行此項管制。 (四)警告違例者——法規之執行，本無須 事先警告，因假定人人知法，否則法無以行。 通常在非嚴重阻塞情況下，保安組均會以口頭 或書面警告違例人士。 尙希校內員生留意上述措施，並經常與保 安組合作，保障校園的交通安全。 保安組 中大通訊 CUHK NEWSLETTER 1.本刊逢四日及十九日出版。 2. 來函或投稿請寄沙田香港中文大學秘書處出版事務處《中大通訊》 編輯部（電話 2 6 0 9 7297 ，圓文傳眞 2603 6864 ， 電子郵遞 pub2@uab.msmail.cuhk.hk ) 。 3. 投稿者須附眞實姓名、地址及聯絡電話，文章則可用筆名發表。 4. 本刊編輯有權刪改及決定是否刊登來稿，不欲稿件被刪者請預先聲 明。 5. 本刊所載文章只反映作者之觀點和意見，並不代表校方或本刊立 場。 6.本刊內容未經編者書面准許，不得轉載。 7. 本刊每期發行三千六百份，免費供校內教職員索閱，部分郵寄本地 教育機構及與大學有關人士。私人索閱，請致函本刊查詢。 1.
