香 港 中 文 大 學 行 政 架 構 Management Structure of The Chinese University of Hong Kong 註：除下述各項安排外，新修訂的行政架構於二零零四年十月一日起生效： 1.新聞及公共關係處及出版事務處暫仍向秘書長負責，至大學傳訊及外務處 處長上任，則改向新處長負責。 2. 入學及學生資助處處長上任後，該處將脱離教務處，成為獨立部門。副教 務長將兼以教務處處長之新職銜，掌管重組後由學務組及註冊及考試組組 成的教務處。 3. 蘇基朗教授將由二零零四年十二月十三日起以兼任方式，繼何文匯教授 出任大學教務長。 二零零四年十月一日 Note: The new management structure takes effect from 1 st October 2004 except for the following arrangements: 1. I & PR Office and Publication Office will continue to report to the Secretary of the University until the appointment of the Director of Communications & External Relations (D/CER), upon which the two aforesaid offices will report to the new D/CER. 2. The re-organization of the Registry will take effect when the Director of Admissions and Financial Aid is appointed, at which time the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid will separate from the Registry and become independent, and the Deputy Registrar who will carry the title of Director of Registry Services will be the administrative head of the reorganized Registry which will comprise the Academic Affairs Section and the Registration and Examinations Section. 3. Prof. Billy So has been appointed Registrar of the University on a concurrent basis with effect from 13th December 2004, succeeding Prof. Richard M.W.
