Wong •晨興集團主席陳樂宗博士 任期由二零零四年十一月二十七日至二零零七年十一月二十六日 •地鐵有限公司行政總裁周松崗爵士 任期由二零零四年十一月二十七日至二零零七年十一月二十六日 •聖保祿學校校長黃金蓮修女 任期由二零零四年十一月二十七日至二零零七年十一月二十六日 •城市電訊(香港)有限公司創辦人兼主席王維基先生 任期由二零零四年十月十八日至二零零五年十月十七日 又，吳方笑薇女士和戴希立先生出任大學校董的任期在二零零四年十一月二 十六日屆滿。大學校董會對方女士和戴先生在任內對大學的傑出貢獻深表謝意。 (二)依據大學規程 11 第 1 (1) 段及第 4 段規定，並依照立法會秘書長通知， (1)陳鑑林議員、張文光議員和田北俊議員由二零零四年十月一日起(即其立法 會議員任期屆滿後），停止出任大學校董；及 (2)張文光議員、鄺志堅議員和田北俊議員獲立法會議員推選，出任大學校 董，任期均為三年，由二零零四年十月二十九日起生效。 (A) The following persons have been nominated/re-nominated by the Chancellor, in accordance with Statute 11.1(k) and 11.4 of The Chinese University of Hong Kong Ordinance (the Ordinance), as Members of the Council for the respective periods as indicated below: Period of Membership Dr. Gerald L.C. Wong Principal, St. Paul's Convent School 27th November 2004 to 26th November 2007 Mr. Ricky W.K. Wong Co-founder and Chairman, City Telecom (H.K.) Ltd. 18th October 2004 to 17th October 2005 The periods of Council membership of Mrs. Ng Fong Siu-mei, Mei and Mr. Tai Hay-lap expired on 26th November 2004. The Council is very grateful to Mrs. Ng and Mr. Tai for their remarkable contribution during their tenure as Council Members. (B) In accordance with Statute 11.1(1) and 11.4 of the Ordinance and on the advice of the Secretary-General of the Legislative Council, (1) the Honourable Chan Kam-lam, the Honourable Cheung Man-Kwong and the Honourable James P.C. Tien ceased to be Members of the Council of the University with effect from 1st October 2004 (i.e. upon the expiry of their terms of office as Members of the Legislative Council); and (2) the Honourable Cheung Man-kwong, the Honourable Kwong Chi-kin and the Honourable James P.C. Tien were elected by the Members of the Legislative Council, from among their own number, as Members of the Council of the University each for aperiod of three years from 29th October 2004. 公積金計劃及丙類服務條例僱員終期額外酬金計劃消息 Staff Superannuation Scheme, and the Terms of Service (C) Staff Terminal Gratuity Scheme (TGS) (一)公積金計劃 1995 ：轉變投資組合 成員如欲由二零零五年五月一日起轉變其投資組合，可從財務處網頁http:// www.cuhk.edu.hk/bursary/optionform 下載表格，或向財務處薪津及公積金組索 取。填妥表格後，須於二零零五年四月二十日（星期三)或之前，送達或傳真(二 六零三七八九零)至財務處薪津及公積金組。 (二)公積金計劃 1995 和 1983 ：投資簡報會 財務處已安排於四月十八日（星期一)及四月十九日（星期二)下午十二時半 至二時，在中國文化研究所 L1 室舉行投資簡報會。詳情如下： 四月十八日 富達基金(香港)有限公司——增長基金 霸菱資產管理(亞洲)有限公司—平衡基金 四月十九日 德意志資產管理(香港)有限公司—穩定基金 東方匯理資產管理有限公司—香港股票基金及香港指數基金 (三）受益人意願書 公積金計劃 1995 和丙類服務條例僱員終期額外酬金計劃(丙類計劃)的成 員，可存檔其計劃利益受益人意願書於大學財務處，此舉有助指引計劃受託人 於成員一旦在職身故時，如何處理其名下的計劃利益。 成員可向財務處薪津及公積金組(電話二六零九七二三六或二六零九七二五 一)查詢是否已存放了意願書(公積金計劃 1995 及丙類計劃須有各自的意願書）， 以及索取意願書表格。 (1) Staff Superannuation Scheme 1995 — Investment Option Change The form for investment option change effective 1st May 2005 is now downloadable from the Bursary website at http://www. cuhk.edu.hk/bursary/ optionform and obtainable from the Payroll and Superannuation Unit of the Bursary. The completed form should be sent by mail or fax (2603 7890) to the unit on or before 20th April 2005 (Wednesday). (2) Staff Superannuation Schemes 1995 ， 1983 — Investment Forum Two sessions of investment forum have been scheduled on 18th April (Monday) and 19th April (Tuesday) 2005 from 12.30 p.m. to 2.00 p.m. at L1, Institute of Chinese Studies.
