For enquiries, please contact the Payroll & Superannuation Unit at 2609 7236 or 2609 7251. 文物館展覽：「我師造化—─高劍父畫稿」 Art Museum Exhibition: Learning from Nature: Sketches and Drawings by Gao Jianfu 高劍父是嶺南畫派的創始人和代表畫家。此專題展覽由 文物館與廣州藝術博物院及黎明伉儷合辦，薈萃各方收 藏的高劍父畫稿精品，亦選展與畫稿呼應的文物館藏高 劍父畫作，俾大眾得以一窺高氏畫藝的真髓。 地點： 文物館西翼展覽廳 日期： 2007年7月21日－10月21日（公眾假期休息） 開放時間：上午10時至下午5時 Gao Jianfu was the founder and the most representative painter of the Lingnan School. In collaboration with the Guangzhou Museum of Art, and Mr. and Mrs. Lai Ming, the Art Museum presents this special exhibition featuring the artist’s finest sketches selected from their collections. Some of Gao’s paintings from the Art Museum collection are displayed alongside the sketches for comparison. Venue: West-wing Galleries, Art Museum Date: 21 July – 21 October 2007 (closed on public holidays) Opening hours: 10.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. 訃告 Obituary 中大榮譽院士、崇基學院校董汪長智博士，於2007年7月6日在美國紐約辭世， 享年74歲。 汪博士1960年畢業於崇基學院化學系，71年接管其尊翁創立的沙龍電影製作公 司，為本港電影業之翹楚，去年獲頒第25屆香港電影金像獎專業精神獎，今年更 獲香港特區政府頒授榮譽勳章。汪博士一直關心母校發展，90年起出任崇基學院 校董，93年起獲選為中大評議會常務委員會委員，並擔任評議會籌募策劃小組召 集人，1998至2000年出任崇基學院校友會主席。汪博士多年來一直慷慨資助母 校，2007年更成立「汪長智汪陳煜雯獎學金」基金。 本校同人對於汪博士辭世深表哀悼。 Dr. Charles Wang Cheung Tze, Honorary Fellow of The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a member of the Board of Trustees of Chung Chi College, passed away on 6 July 2007 in New York, USA at the age of 74. Dr. Wang graduated from the Department of Chemistry of Chung Chi College in 1960. In 1971, he inherited from his father Salon Films, which has become a leading film production company in Hong Kong. Dr. Wang was presented the Professional Achievement Award at the 25th Hong Kong Film Awards ceremony in 2006. He was also a recipient of Medal of Honour in the 2007 Honours List of HKSAR. Dr. Wang was a staunch supporter of his alma mater. He served as a member of the Boardof Trustees of ChungChi College from1990, amember of the StandingCommittee and the convener of the Fundraising Sub-Committee of the CUHK Convocation from 1993. He was also the Chairman of Chung Chi College Alumni Association from 1998 to 2000. Over the years, Dr. Wang had made a number of generous donations to the College. In 2007, he established the ‘Dr. Charles Wang Cheung Tze and Mrs. Wang Chan Yuk Man Scholarship’ endowment trust fund.
