Members who want to make the switch on 1 October 2009 should complete the Election Form for Change of MPF Scheme and the Membership Enrolment Form for the new scheme, and submit to the Payroll and Superannuation Unit of Bursary on or before 28 August 2009. For enquiries, please contact the unit at 2609 7236/7244. 額外門診服務計劃醫務所服務變動 Updates on Extra Outpatient Consultation Services Scheme 張潔影醫生醫務所已由九龍牛頭角遷往中環（電話：2530 4060），並將於10月1日起終止 提供「額外門診服務」。 此外，大學額外門診服務計劃增添一間新的特約診所，詳情如下： Dr. Cheung Kit-ying’s clinic has been relocated from Ngau Tau Kok, Kowloon to Central, Hong Kong (Tel: 2530 4060) and will cease to offer service under the scheme with effect from 1 October 2009. A contracted clinic was added as a new service provider under the scheme.
