O 新任書院院長 New College Master 外科講座教授劉允怡教授,獲委任為和聲書院院長,任期由2010年 1月1日至2014年12月31日。 Prof. Lau Wan-yee Joseph, Professor of Surgery, has been appointed as master of Lee Woo Shing College from 1 January 2010 to 31 December 2014. 「與高錕教授同行」中大步行籌款日 ‘Walk with Professor Kao’ CUHK Walkathon 為表揚高錕教授對科學及工程的劃時代貢獻,中大成立「高錕獎學基金」,獎勵表現優 異及具創新意念的本科生,尤其是修讀物理及工程學的學生。由大學主辦、中大校友評 議會全力支持的「與高錕教授同行」中大步行籌款日將於3月14日(星期日)舉行,由高 錕教授主持開步禮。所籌款項將撥歸基金,部分亦會用於發展認知障礙者家屬網上培 訓課程,惠澤認知障礙者家屬。 大會誠邀各中大師生、校友及友好參與此活動,特設個人、團體及書院/研究院最高 籌款總金額獎和書院/研究院最多人數參與獎。詳情請瀏覽: www.cuhk.edu.hk/oia/ cuhkwalkathon . The University has established the Charles K. Kao Scholarship Endowment Fund in honour of Professor Kao to provide prizes and awards for outstanding and innovative undergraduates, with preference to those majoring in physics and engineering. Organized by the University with the full support of the Convocation of CUHK, the ‘Walk with Professor Kao’ CUHK Walkathon will take place on 14 March (Sunday). Part of the donations raised by the event will be used to develop a web-based training programme, which will benefit family caregivers of people with cognitive loss in Hong Kong. Professor Kao will officiate at the kick-off ceremony. You and your friends are cordially invited to join this meaningful event.
