8 No. 426, 4.11.2013 第七十四屆大會典禮特別安排 Arrangement for the Seventy-fourth Congregation 大學第七十四屆大會（頒授學位典禮）將於11月21日（星期四）上午10時在林蔭大道舉 行，由大學校董會主席鄭海泉博士主持，頒授碩士學位及學士學位，並由大學校長沈祖堯 教授頒發傑出教學及研究獎。 同日下午，各書院將為所屬學士學位畢業生舉行畢業禮，詳情如下： The Seventy-fourth Congregation for the Conferment of Degrees will be held at 10 am on 21 November at the University Mall. Dr. Vincent H.C. Cheng, Chairman of the Council, will confer first and master’s degrees. Prof. Joseph J.Y. Sung, Vice-Chancellor and President, will present awards for teaching and research excellence. The graduation ceremonies held by the seven Colleges for first-degree graduates will take place in the afternoon of 21 November. Car parks at the Benjamin Franklin Centre, John Fulton Centre, University Administration Building, Institute of Chinese Studies and Tin Ka Ping Building will be reserved for guests with special parking labels on 21 November. 停課 Suspension of Classes 11月21日典禮當日，全日制本科課程（醫科三至五年級除外）及研究院課程停課。 On 21 November, full-time undergraduate classes (except MB ChB Programme Years 3 to 5) and postgraduate programmes classes will be suspended. 范克廉樓學生餐廳暫停服務 Temporary Closure of BFC Canteen 范克廉樓學生餐廳於11月21日上午7時30分至下午1時30分暫停服務，以便安排典禮後之 茶會。 The Benjamin Franklin Centre student canteen will be closed on 21 November from 7:30 am to 1:30 pm for the tea reception after the congregation. 惡劣天氣應變措施 Wet Weather Contingency 典禮當日若遇暴雨等惡劣天氣，大學將啟動惡劣天氣應變程序，詳情將在港鐵大學站及 林蔭大道廣播，並在大學各校門出入口，以及畢業禮網站 www.cpr.cuhk.edu.hk/cong   宣布。 In the event of heavy rain, the University will launch a wet weather contingency plan. Details will be broadcast at the University MTR Station and the University Mall, and announced at the entrances of the University and on the congregation website ( www.cpr. cuhk.edu.hk/cong ) on the day. 第七十五屆大會典禮特別安排 Arrangement for the Seventy-fifth Congregation 第七十五屆大會（頒授學位典禮）將於12月6日（星期五）上午10時在邵逸夫堂舉行，由大 學校董會主席鄭海泉博士主持，頒授榮譽博士及博士學位。 The Seventy-fifth Congregation for the Conferment of Degrees will be held at 10 am on 6 December at the Sir Run Run Shaw Hall. Dr. Vincent H.C. Cheng, Chairman of the Council, will confer honorary and doctoral degrees. 上課安排 Classes as Usual 典禮當日照常上課。 Classes will be held as scheduled on 6 December. 泊車安排 Parking 12月6日典禮當日，邵逸夫堂對面之停車場、新亞路及中央道車位，皆保留予嘉賓及公務 車輛專用。 Parking space opposite Sir Run Run Shaw Hall and on New Asia Road and Central Avenue will be reserved for guests with special parking labels on 6 December. 更改教職員個人資料 Updating of Staff Personal Data 大學教職員的個人資料如有改變，如姓名和婚姻狀況變更、子女出生，或新添學歷，請 填寫「更改個人資料表」，並夾附有關文件的正本或獲確認的副本，一併交回人事處。若 地址、電話或緊急事故聯絡人的資料有變，亦請以書面通知。全職僱員可登入「僱員個人 資料查詢系統」（ https://perntc.per.cuhk.edu.hk/ssp/logon.asp ） 下載有關表格，或致 電3943 7179索取。個人資料如有變動，須即時申報，因有關資料可能影響僱員可享的附 帶福利。 To ensure the accuracy of staff data records, staff members with changes of personal data such as name, marital status, birth of child, or acquisition of new qualifications are required to submit the ‘Change of Personal Data’ form with supporting documents (original or certified true copies) to the Personnel Office. Staff members with change in address, telephone number, or emergency contact, should also inform the Personnel Office in writing. Full-time staff members may log into the ‘Staff Self-Service Enquiry System’ ( https://perntc.per.cuhk.edu.hk/ssp/logon.asp ) to download the form, or call 3943 7179 to request a print copy. Changes of personal data must be reported immediately to the University. The information may have implications on staff members’ benefits entitlement at the University.
