In December, there was a decrease in premium of 1.15% and for the twelve months from January 2013 to December 2013, the premium decreased by 1.70%. * * 實際與指標回報已包括有關期間內之匯率變動。 Both actual and benchmark returns include foreign currency exchange difference for the month. 選擇轉換大學強積金計劃安排 Election for Change of MPF Scheme 根據大學安排,強積金計劃成員每年可選擇轉換強積金計劃一次(即在「富達退休集成 信託計劃」與「德盛安聯強積金計劃」之間轉換),生效日期指定為4月1日或10月1日。有 關兩個強積金計劃的基金資料及投資表現,可瀏覽大學強積金網頁、富達網頁或德盛安 聯網頁。 成員如欲選擇於2014年4月1日轉換計劃,須填妥轉換強積金計劃申請表格及新選擇的強 積金計劃成員登記表格,於2014年2月26日或之前送達財務處薪津及公積金組。表格可 於大學強積金網頁下載( www.cuhk.edu.hk/bursary/chi/public/payroll_benefits/mpf/ change_of_mpf_scheme.html )或致電該組(電話:3943 7246)索取。 Please be reminded that MPF Scheme members may switch between the two MPF Schemes viz., Fidelity Retirement Master Trust and Allianz Global Investor MPF Plan once a year, on either 1 April or 1 October. Members may visit the University’s MPF website or the respective MPF service providers’ websites for information about the investment funds and performance of the two MPF service providers. Members who want to switch MPF Scheme on 1 April 2014 should complete the Election Form for Change of MPF Scheme and Membership Enrolment Form for the new scheme, and submit them to the Payroll and Superannuation Unit of the Bursary on or before 26 February 2014. The forms can be downloaded from the University’s MPF website ( www. cuhk.edu.hk/bursary/eng/public/payroll_benefits/mpf/change_of_mpf_scheme.html ) or obtained from the unit (Tel: 3943 7246). 電子薪金單 Electronic Salary Advice on SSES 為支持建立環保校園,大學由2014年2月起,以「僱員個人資料查詢系統」上的電子薪金 單取代現行每月派發的薪金單。此後薪金單只會印製及派發予以下僱員: (1)已經離職,或將會於下月10號或之前離職的僱員; (2)按名譽聘約受聘的僱員; (3)按「丙」類服務條例或相類定期合約聘用的僱員; (4)工作崗位上較少使用電腦按「乙」類服務條例聘用的僱員;有關之職級已列載於財 務處網頁: www.cuhk.edu.hk/bursary/stf/eng/psu_payroll_salary.html#p4 。 電子 薪金單將會 於 每月最後的第二個 工作 天 上 載 到「僱 員個人資料查詢系 統」( https://perntc. pe r. cuh k . edu . h k / s s p )。登入該系統 後,請選擇 Payroll, 再按 P a y m e n t s & D e d u c t i o n s,選擇 Latest Month,然後 按Go,即可查閱有關 資料。 僱員可使用瀏覽器之 列印功能,列印電子薪金單作日後紀錄或薪金證明。如有需要,亦可向薪津及公積金組申 請正式之薪金證明。 如對上述安排有任何疑問或意見,請與財務處薪津及公積金組聯絡(電話:39 43 1556 / 7251 / 7244)。 In support of the University’s commitment to establish a green campus, hardcopy Salary Advice has been replaced by the electronic one on the Staff Self-Service Enquiry System (SSES) effective from February 2014. Hereafter, hardcopy Salary Advice will ONLY be sent to the following staff groups: (a) Staff who have already left University service, or who will leave University service on or before the 10th calendar day of next month; (b) Staff with honorary appointment only; (c) Terms of Service (C) Staff; (d) Staff under specified Terms of Service (B) ranks who have limited computer access in the workplace. A list of such ranks is posted on the Bursary website: www.cuhk.edu . hk/bursary/stf/eng/psu_payroll_salary.html#p4 . Electronic Salary Advice will be uploaded onto the SSES on the second last working day of each month and can be easily accessed by a few steps, as follows: (a) Login SSES ( https://perntc.per.cuhk.edu.hk/ssp ) ; (b) Click ‘Payroll’ and then ‘Payments & Deductions’; (c) Choose ‘Latest Month’ and then Click ‘Go’ to view the Salary Advice. Staff may print out the electronic Salary Advice on SSES for record or income proof via the ‘Print’ function of the web browser. Staff are also welcome to contact the Payroll and Superannuation Unit for a formal income certification if needed. For enquiries or comments, please contact the Payroll and Superannuation Unit of the Bursary at 3943 1556 / 7251 / 7244. 訃告 Obituary 大學圖書館二級圖書館助理員黃余艷卿女士於2014年1月7日逝世,校方深表哀悼,黃女 士於1988年7月18日加入中大服務。 The University mourns the passing of Mrs. Wong Yue Yim-hing on 7 January 2014. Mrs. Wong joined the University on 18 July 1988 and had served as library assistant II in the University Library.
