CUHK Ordinance 45 Part 1 The Ordinance is reproduced from the Bilingual Laws Information System website ( www.elegislation.gov.hk ) as at 1 August 2023, with the permission of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. (3) Notification under subparagraph (1)(c) shall be madewithin 28 days after the making of any written provision under paragraph 3(4) or the making of any change therein. (4) Any person may inspect at the office of the Registrar of Companies any of the documents registered under this paragraph. (5) A fee of $5.00 shall be payable for registering or inspecting any document referred to in this paragraph. 6. Accounts The Board of Trustees shall in each year, prepare and produce to the Council its audited accounts in such form and at such times as the Council may determine. (59 of 1986 s. 4)
