A Jubilant Time
This year, patchy weather and scattered showers were the setting to the graduation ceremony, yet the moods of the graduates didn’t seem to have been dampened. Once the rain let up, they tossed their mortarboards into the air to celebrate the completion of university education. They were accompanied by Dr. Vincent H.C.
