學生及校友 Students and Alumni 學生 學生人數 本年大學的本科生人數較去年下跌百分之二，硏究生人數則有 百分之十三的增長。後者的增長是由於大學開設了多項自負 盈虧的高級學位修課式課程。以一九九八年十二月三十一日計 算，本校學生人數為一萬三千三百五十五人，七成為本科生， 三成為研究生。 工商管理學院是學生人數最多的學院，而單以本科生人數計算， 社會科學院則為各學院之冠。校內男女生比例則維持於一比一 點一。 s t u d e n t s Student Population This year the University registered a two per cent decrease in undergraduate student enrolment and a 13 per cent increase in postgraduate student enrolment. The latter was consequent upon the introduction of a number of self-financed taught postgraduate programmes . On 31st December 1998, the total enrolment figure stood at 13,355, of whom 70 per cent were undergraduate students and 30 per cent postgraduate students.
