T he p r o j e ct w a s f u n d e d b y t he S t a n d i ng C o m m i t t ee o n L a n g u a ge E d u c a t i on a n d Research. 統局資助共一千六百萬港元。 P I S A 是由經 濟合作及發展組織策劃的國際研究計劃，負 責測試及比較四十個國家的十五歲學童在閲 讀、數學及科學三方面的基礎能力。 —「優質學校計劃」獲優質敎育基金資助三千 三百萬港元。此計劃透過與學校的夥伴協 作，以互動的模式協助中小學推展學校改良 計劃，參與的學校有五十多間。 一「推行中學敎學語言指引之評鑑研究」計劃 獲敎統局資助四百五十萬港元，進行第二期 研究。 • S A R S 爆發之後，學院策劃了下列網上自學計 劃，讓中小學生在二零零三年四、五月的停課 期間在家中繼續學習： 一由何萬貫敎授編寫、以小一至中三的學生為 對象的「每日一篇」。（ www.prof-ho.com/ read) 一「菲姐姐園地」為初小及高小學生提供綜合 資訊。（ www3.fed.cuhk.edu.hk/super/sars.asp) 一不 同 科目的 網 站 和 發 問 區 ， 供 中 小 學 生參 考。 (www.fed.cuhk.edu.hk/prisecstudent.html) • 香港敎育領導發展中心推展一連串有關學校自 我評估與發展，以及準校長培訓的活動。二零 零一至二零零三年，共有一百二十八位準校長 及二百八十位新任校長受訓。 • 普通話敎育研究及發展中心獲語文敎育及研究 常務委員會贊助，於二零零二年九至十一月推 行全港普通話敎育推廣計劃。 學術發展 Academic Development 35
