44 人類傳意科學研究所 研究所與明愛康復服務、教育局、美國聖 何塞社交思考中心開展了「提升高能力自 閉症及亞氏保加症學生的社交技巧」的 研究，首次嘗試為這類學童度身設計訓練 項目。 人文學科研究所 研究所轄下的鄭承隆基金亞洲現象學中 心舉行第一屆「現象學大師班」，邀得世 界知名學者就「胡塞爾與海德格的理性」 演講，旨在推動亞太地區的現象學學術交 流和發展。此外，研究所轄下的人文電算 研究中心，於二零零八年三月完成了由優 質教育基金資助的「漢語教學網上資源計 劃」，讓公眾分享研究成果。 The Institute of Human Communicative Research In collaboration with the Caritas Rehabilitation Services, the Education Bureau and Centre for Social Thinking, Inc., San Jose, US, the institute has conducted research on ‘Enhancing the Social Communication Skills of Students with High Functioning Autism and Asperger Syndrome’, marking the first attempt to tailor social thinking training programmes to the needs of those children. Research Institute for the Humanities The Edwin Cheng Foundation Asian Centre for Phenomenology of Research Institute for the Humanities (RIH) launched the ‘Symposia Phaenomenologica Asiatica: Master Class in Phenomenology for Asian Scholars’ in 2007–08, inviting world-renowned scholars to deliver lectures at the inaugural class on ‘Reason in Husserl and Heidegger’. To bridge research and the public sphere, the Research Centre for Humanities Computing of RIH completed the ‘Internet Resources Project for Chinese Language Education’ funded by the Quality Education Fund in March 2008. Research Output Publications Research outcomes take the form of conference papers, books, monographs, reviews and articles published in prestigious international and local journals. In 2007– 08, over 6,300 items of research output were recorded, including 2,251 conference papers, 2,545 journal publications, 575 scholarly books, monographs and chapters, 116 creative and literary works, consulting reports and case studies, and 844 other outputs. Patents As of 30 June 2008, CUHK has issued 274 licenses which involve patented technologies, copyrightable materials and know-how.
