興業有限公司非執行董事。利先生亦為一位私人投資者 及太古股份有限公司獨立非常務董事，以及多間私人公 司之非執行董事，過往曾為電視廣播有限公司之獨立非 執行董事。他現任聖保羅男女中學校董會成員及史丹福 大學名譽校董兼醫院董事會成員。 Mr. Lee is Vice-Chairman of the Council of CUHK, a Member of the founding Lee family and a Director of Lee Hysan Estate Company, Limited, a substantial shareholder of Hysan Development Company Limited, and was appointed a Non-Executive Director in 1988. He is also a private investor and a Non-Executive Director of Swire Pacific Limited and a number of private companies, and was previously an Independent Non-Executive Director of Television Broadcasts Limited. He is currently a Council Member of St. Paul’s Co-educational College and also a Trustee Emeritus of Stanford University and Director of Stanford Health Care. 沈祖堯教授 ， SBS ， JP Prof. Joseph J.Y. Sung , SBS, JP 由 2010 年 7 月 1 日起為當然成員 ex officio from 1 July 2010 香港中文大學校長 Vice-Chancellor, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 沈教授現任職中大校長及莫慶堯醫學講座教授。他身兼 英國（包括愛丁堡、格拉斯哥及倫敦）皇家內科醫學院院 士、澳洲皇家內科醫學院院士、美國腸胃病學學院院士、 美國腸胃學會院士、香港內科醫學院院士及香港醫學專 科學院院士、中國工程院院士、歐亞科學院院士及港科 院創院院士。他為腸胃研究權威及領導全球腸胃及肝科 研究的先驅，在醫療服務及醫學研究上成就卓越，獲頒 多項本港及國際獎項。 Professor Sung is currently Vice-Chancellor / President and Mok Hing Yiu Professor of Medicine of CUHK. He holds fellowships from the Royal Colleges of Physicians of Edinburgh, Glasgow, London, and Australia, the American College of Gastroenterology, the American Gastroenterological Association, the Hong Kong College of Physicians, and the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine. He is also an Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering of the People’s Republic of China, Academician of the Eurasian Academy of Sciences and a Founding Member of The Academy of Sciences of Hong Kong. He is a renowned scientist in gastroenterology and a renowned researcher in gastroenterology and hepatology. He is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited and Nan Fung Group Holdings Limited, and was formerly Executive Chairman of Television Broadcasts Limited.
