Professor Hui is Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Choh-ming Li Professor of Marketing of CUHK. He held academic appointments in the UK and Canada prior to joining CUHK in 1996. He was Associate Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration (1999–2002) and Associate Pro-Vice-Chancellor (2004) of CUHK. He has served on the editorial boards of a number of highly respected international journals and also provides consultancy and training services to external organizations. He is currently the Chairperson of the Hong Kong Deposit Protection Board; a Member of the Hong Kong Consumer Council; Chairman of the Publicity and Community Relations Committee of the Hong Kong Consumer Council; Member of the Council of The Open University of Hong Kong; Member of the General Support Programme (GSP) Vetting Committee of the Innovation and Technology Fund and Member of the Notaries Public Disciplinary Tribunal Panel. 霍泰輝教授 ， SBS ， JP Prof. Fok Tai-fai , SBS, JP 由 2013 年 1 月 1 日起為當然成員 ex officio from 1 January 2013 香港中文大學副校長 Pro-Vice-Chancellor, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 霍教授現任中大副校長及卓敏兒科講座教授，曾任職於 香港大學、瑪麗醫院、英國牛津大學約翰拉德克利夫醫 院及加拿大麥克馬斯特大學醫療中心。他於 1984 年加入 中大，曾任醫學院院長（ 2004 年、 2008 至 2012 年）及暫 任院長（ 2007 至 2008 年），以及威爾斯親王醫院兒科部 門主管。他獲選為香港兒科醫學會終身榮譽會員，身兼 香港醫院管理局新界東醫院聯網兒科名譽顧問、香港醫 學專科學院副主席（一般事務）及香港醫務委員會初步 調查小組副主席。他於 2003 年獲亞洲傑出兒科醫生獎。 Professor Fok is Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Choh-Ming Li Professor of Paediatrics of CUHK. He served in HKU, Queen Mary Hospital, John Radcliffe Hospital in the University of Oxford and the McMaster University Medical Centre before joining CUHK in 1984. He was Dean (2004, 2008–2012) and Interim Dean (2007–2008) of the Faculty of Medicine and served as the Chief of Service in Paediatrics at the Prince of Wales Hospital. He has been elected as an Honorary Life Member of the Hong Kong Paediatric Society. He is Honorary Consultant in Paediatrics of the Hong Kong Hospital Authority (New Territories East Cluster), Vice-President (General Affairs) of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine, and Deputy Chairman of the Preliminary Investigation Committee of the Medical Council of Hong Kong. He received the Outstanding Asian Paediatrician Award in 2003. 華雲生教授 Prof. Benjamin W. Wah 由 2009 年 12 月 30 日起為當然成員 ex officio from 30 December 2009 香港中文大學副校長 Pro-Vice-Chancellor, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 華教授現為中大常務副校長及偉倫計算機科學與工程 學講座教授。他曾任伊利諾伊大學厄本那—香檳分校電 機及計算機工程學系 Franklin W. Woeltge 講座教授，為 國際知名的計算機科學家。他身兼電機及電子工程師學 會（ IEEE ）、計算機器學會（ ACM ）及美國科學促進學會 （ AAAS ）院士，並曾任 IEEE 計算機學會會長。他曾任教 於普渡大學及伊利諾伊大學厄本那—香檳分校，亦曾於 2009 年在新加坡擔任由伊利諾伊大學成立與新加坡政 府科技研究局資助的先進數碼科學中心的總監。他現為 大學教育資助委員會研究資助局主席。 Professor Wah is currently the Provost and Wei Lun Professor of Computer Science and Engineering of CUHK. He was the Franklin W. Woeltge Endowed Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and is a prominent computer scientist. He is a fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), and the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) and has served as President of IEEE Computer Society. He had taught at Purdue University and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and served as Director of the Advanced Digital Sciences Centre established by the University of Illinois in Singapore in 2009, with funding from the Singapore government’s Agency for Science, Technology and Research. He is the Chairman of Research Grants Council of the University Grants Committee. 許敬文教授 Prof. Michael K.M. Hui 由 2009 年 1 月 1 日起為當然成員 ex officio from 1 January 2009 香港中文大學副校長 Pro-Vice-Chancellor, The Chinese University of Hong Kong 許教授現任中大副校長及卓敏市場學講座教授， 1996 年 加入中大前，在英國及加拿大多所院校任教，並曾出任中 大工商管理學院副院長（ 1999 至 2002 年）及協理副校長 （ 2004 年）。他現時為多份備受尊崇的國際學術期刊的 編輯委員，亦曾為多間機構提供顧問和培訓服務。他兼 任香港存款保障委員會主席、香港消費者委員會委員及 社區與公共關係委員會主席、香港公開大學校董會成員、 創新及科技基金委員會委員及公證人紀律審裁團成員。 63 管理與行政 Governance and Administration
