何子樑博士 Dr. Ho Tzu-leung 由 2007 年 1 月 21 日起獲推選為成員 elected from 21 January 2007 泌尿科專科醫生 Urologist 何博士乃泌尿科專科醫生，兼任何善衡慈善基金及伯利 恆投資管理有限公司董事，多年來在美國、香港及新加 坡行醫，致力推動全球醫療服務和香港高等教育發展。 他現為中大善衡書院院監會主席及恒生管理學院校董會 成員。 Dr. Ho is an urologist, and Director of The S.H. Ho Foundation Limited and Bethlehem Management Limited. He has been a medical practitioner for many years in the USA, Hong Kong and Singapore. Dedicated to improving global medical services, he has made frequent contributions to the development of community services and tertiary education. He is Chairman of the Committee of Overseers of S.H. Ho College of CUHK, and a Member of the Board of Governors of Hang Seng Management College. 郭炳聯博士 ， JP Dr. Raymond P.L. Kwok , JP 由 1999 年 3 月 2 日起獲推選為成員 elected from 2 March 1999 新鴻基地產發展有限公司主席兼非執行董事 Chairman and Managing Director, and Executive Director of Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited 郭博士為新鴻基地產發展有限公司主席兼董事總經理 及執行董事、數碼通電訊集團有限公司主席兼非執行 董事及該公司若干附屬公司之董事、 Cellular 8 Holdings Limited 及 TFS Development Company Limited 之董事。他 亦為新意網集團有限公司主席及執行董事，載通國際控 股有限公司及永泰地產有限公司之非執行董事、香港地 產建設商會董事及香港總商會理事。郭博士曾任中大校 董會副主席（ 1999 至 2015 年）及司庫（ 1997 至 1999 年）。 Dr. Kwok is Chairman and Managing Director, and Executive Director of Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited, and Chairman and Non-Executive Director of SmarTone Telecommunications Holdings Limited and a Director of certain subsidiaries of the Company. He is a Director of Cellular 8 Holdings Limited and TFS Development Company Limited. He is also Chairman and Executive Director of SUNeVision Holdings Limited, a Non-Executive Director of Transport International Holdings Limited and Wing Tai Properties Limited, Director of The Real Estate Developers Association of Hong Kong and Member of the General Committee of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce. He was Vice-Chairman of the Council (1999–2015) and Treasurer of CUHK (1997–1999). 梁祥彪先生 Mr. Thomas C.B. Liang 由 2015 年 4 月 15 日起獲推選為成員 elected from 15 April 2015 偉倫有限公司之集團行政總裁 Group Chief Executive of the Wideland Investors Limited 梁先生於財務管理、企業財務、銀行業、地產發展及股 票投資等方面擁有豐富經驗，現為偉倫有限公司之集團 行政總裁、新世界發展有限公司之獨立非執行董事，以 及美麗華酒店企業有限公司獨立非執行董事。他亦是香 港浸會大學諮議會成員。 Mr. Liang is a businessman of remarkable achievement and had served senior executive positions in many large multinational corporations, and is currently the Group Chief Executive of the Wideland Investors Limited and an Independent Non-Executive Director of New World Development Company Limited, and an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Miramar Hotel and Investment Company, Limited. He is also a Member of the Court of the Hong Kong Baptist University. 梁定邦博士， SC ， JP Dr. Anthony Neoh , SC, JP 由 2004 年 5 月 29 日起獲推選為成員 elected from 29 May 2004 香港執業資深大律師及仲裁員 Senior Counsel and International Arbitrator 梁博士為香港執業資深大律師及國際仲裁員，一直致力 教學與研究法律金融史及當前金融監管課題。他身兼中 國證券監督管理委員會國際諮詢委員會委員、中華人民 共和國最高人民法院中華司法研究會常務理事及新加坡 國立大學客座教授。他曾任中大校董會副主席（ 1995 至 1997 年）。 Dr. Neoh, a senior counsel and international arbitrator, has been teaching and pursuing his research interests in legal and financial history and current issues of financial regulation. He is a Member of the International Advisory Board of China Securities Regulatory Commission, Member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese Judicial Studies Institute, Supreme People’s Court of the People’s Republic of China, and Dean’s Visiting Professor of the School of Business of National University of Singapore.
