• A lecture on "Th e Music of the T'ang Dynasty" was given on 3rd May at Chung Chi College Chapel by Professor Laurence E.R. Picken, Professor of Oriental Studies, Jesus College, Cambridge. The lecture was sponsored by the Music Department of the College. • At the invitation of the Victoria Lion's Club, Dr. H.H. Ho, Lecturer in Physics at New Asia College, gave a talk on 10th May on “The Applied Research in the University". • Dr. Mun Kin-chok, Lecturer in Business Administration at New Asia College, gave a talk on 25th May on “Economic Development, Employment and Professional Training" at Kiangsu-Chekiang College. • Mr. Wong Wai Chung, Joseph, a graduate of the Journalism Department of New Asia College who took up post-graduate studies at Minnesota University in 1970 under the overseas scholarship programme of the Yale-in-China Association, has given an excellent performance this year. He has earned Grade A in all of his courses and ranked top of the students of the University. • New Asia College has awarded the overseas scholarships of the Yale-in-China Association for the year 1972/73 to Mr. Lee Sik-yum and Mis s Ho Suk- ching, graduates of the Mathematics Department and the Business Administration Department respectively.
