30 Chinese University Bulletin No. 1, 2009 Women’s Swim Team Returns in Triumph A t the 29th Annual Intervarsity Games Swimming Gala held on 12 October 2008, the CUHK women’s swimming team brought home the overall championship. Swimmer Lee Leong-kwai (3rd right, front row) captured three golds (50m and 100m freestyle, and 200m individual medley), becoming the individual overall champion. More Victories for Cross Country Women’s Team T he CUHK women’s team won the overall championship—their third in a row—of the 22nd Annual Cross Country Meet of the University Sports Federation of Hong Kong on 2 November 2008.
