CUHK Newsletter No. 120 19th January 1998 3 宣 布 事 項 ANNOUNCEMENTS 廉署製作職業道德資料備索 ICAC Ethics Portfolios for Universities 廉政公署建議大專課程加入職業道德元素，並自一九九五年起製作了多套資料冊，專 供大學講師授課之用，計有「商管有道大學專用資料」、「專業有道(法律)大學專用資料」、 「專業有道(建築、工程及測量學)大學專用資料」、「專業有道(醫療及衛生)大學專用資料」 和「進退有道大學專用資料」。最後一套專供社會科學、文科、人文學等學科講師使用。 每套資料均有講解道德理論和槪念，並介紹道德管理的世界趨勢和本港推廣商業道德 的情況。資料冊附錄多個日常工作上會遇到的兩難情況，以培養學生的思辨能力，並有投 射膠片設計樣本和其他參考資料。 同人可向廉政公署新界東辦事處(電話二六零六一七八九)索取資料冊，也可致電二五 八七九八一七，透過自選傳真服務索取目錄和內容簡介。該署也樂意派員向學院院長及系 主任介紹資料冊的內容。 有興趣硏究有關課題者可與廉署社區關係處香港道德發展中心聯絡(香港灣仔軒尼詩 道 199-203 號東華大廈一樓，電話二五八七九八一二）。 The ICAC has been producing a series of ethics portfolios for use by academics in local universities to equip students with the skills of ethical decision-making. The latest portfolios produced are respectively entitled 'Ethics for Professionals (Medicine and Health Care): A Resource Portfolio for Hong Kong Universities' and 'Ethics in Action: A Resource Portfolio for Hong Kong Universities'. The former is relevant to the medical departments, and the latter to the general streams including education, arts, the humanities and social sciences. There are three other portfolios on ethics for professionals in management, law, and architecture/engineering/surveying, all published between 1995 and 1996. Each package gives an exposition of relevant theories and ethical concepts, and covers topics on global trends of ethical management and the progress of business ethics promotion in Hong Kong. Real-life cases are documented in the appendices. The producers of the portfolios hope that the cases can inspire lively discussion and heighten the awareness of tertiary students about the importance of work-related ethics and corruption prevention.
