You can also visit http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/ security_unity/. 文物館展出館藏明清繪畫 Exhibition at the Art Museum 一 Ming and Qing Paintings from the Art Musum Collection 文物館藏明清槍畫頗為豐富，向以廣東名家作品為特色，近年蒙北山堂慷慨惠 贈，各家各派作品均有增益，蔚然可觀。館方特別精選佳作近七十幅展出，包括山 水、人物、花鳥等不同題材，工筆、寫意等多樣技法，概略呈現明清畫壇盛貌。 「館藏明清繪畫」現於西翼展覽廳舉行，展期至九月十五日止，歡迎參觀。 The A r t Mu s e um has a r e l a t i v e ly substantial c o l l e c t i on o f M i n g and Q i ng paintings, particularly renowned for its rich content in the works of Guangdong artists. W i t h generous dona t i ons f r om B e i Shan Tang i n recent years, the c o l l e c t i on is further enhanced by pa i n t i ngs o f various artists and d i f f e r e nt schools. For this exh i b i t i on, wh i ch w i l l run u n t il 15th September 2002, some 70 paintings by M i n g and Qing artists have been selected to reveal the different styles o f the time. SEEKING ： BOOKS , VOLUNTEERS, A HUMIDI F IER AND BETTER OPENING HOURS The redecorated Bookworms Library w i ll open on 3rd September 2002. Boo kwo rms Library is an on-campus library for c h i l d r en (toddlers to teenagers) and adults (leisure reading). We charge a lifetime f am i ly membe r s h ip fee of $1 00 for b o r r o w i ng children's books. There is no charge for adult books. The library is run by volunteers but we 'd appreciate your help. Can you spare one to t wo hours a month? If so, please j o in us. Bookworms also welcomes donations of high quality children's books and adult titles. In addition, we have a wide variety of new children's books. Come and browse throug h our collection. Also the library is in need of a good quality humidifier. If you 'd like to donate one, please call Judy Luk at 2572 9094.
