Fee rebate has not been reflected. 公積金計劃 1995：轉變投資組合 Staff Superannuation Scheme (1995) — Investment Option Change 公積金成員如欲由二零零七年一月一日起轉變其投資組合，可從財務處網頁 http://www. cuhk.edu.hk/bursary/optionform 下載表格，或向財務處薪津及公積金組（二六零九七二三 六/七二五一）索取。填妥之表格須於二零零六年十二月二十日（星期三）或之前，送達或 傳真（二六零三七八九零）至薪津及公積金組。 Pleased be informed that the form for investment option change effective 1st January 2007 is now downloadable from the Bursary website at http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/ bursary/optionform and obtainable from the Payroll and Superannuation Unit of Bursary. The completed form should be sent by mail or faxed to 2603 7890 for receipt by the unit on or before 20th December 2006 (Wednesday). For enquiry, please contact the Payroll and Superannuation Unit at 2609 7236 or 2609 7251. 更改教職員個人資料 Updating of Staff Personal Data 同人的個人資料如姓名、婚姻狀況、子女、學歷等倘有更改，請填妥「更改個人資料表」並 連同有關文件正本或獲確認的副本一併交回人事處。而地址、電話或在緊急事故時的聯絡人 資料如有更改，亦務請以書面通知人事處，以便更新。全職僱員可透過互聯網登入「僱員個 人資料查詢系統」（網址為 https://perntc.per.cuhk.edu.hk/ssp/logon.asp ） ，查閱個人的資料 紀錄並下載「更改個人資料表」，或致電二六零九七一七九索取有關表格。 個人資料的變動可能影響同人可享的附帶福利，須即時申報。 To ensure the accuracy of staff data records, staff members with changes of personal data such as name, marital status, birth of child, emergency contact, or acquisition of additional qualifications are requested to submit the form ‘Change of Personal Data’ to the Personnel Office with the originals or certified true copies of relevant supporting documents attached. Staff members with any change in address or telephone number should also inform the Personnel Office of the same in writing. Full-time staff members may now access the ‘Staff Self-Service Enquiry System’ via the web ( https://perntc.per. cuhk.edu.hk/ssp/logon.asp ) to check their personal data records, and download the form ‘Change of Personal Data’ for updating purpose (the form can also be obtained by calling 2609 7179). Changes of personal data must be reported if they affect on staff members’ benefits entitlement at the University. Clare Hall Visiting Fellowship Programme Applications/nominations are now invited for the Clare Hall Visiting Fellowship Programme tenable in 2007-08. The fellowship enables a visiting fellow to carry out research at Clare Hall of the University of Cambridge for a period of six or 12 months. All full-time teaching appointees of assistant professor rank or above, in any discipline, who have served at the University for not less than one year are eligible to apply.
