Members may visit the University’s MPF website or the respective MPF service providers’ websites for information about the investment funds and performance of the two MPF service providers. 校董會主席續任 Reappointment of Council Chairman 大學校董會主席鄭海泉博士的任期於2012年10月23日屆滿，大學校董會依據《香港中文 大學條例》規程11第1（a）段及第3段規定，再度提名鄭博士，並由監督委任，續任大學校 董會主席，任期三年，由2012年10月24日起生效。 The Council re-nominated Dr. Vincent H.C. Cheng for appointment by the Chancellor as Chairman of the Council for a further period of three years from 24 October 2012, in accordance with Statute 11.1(a) and 11.3 of The Chinese University of Hong Kong Ordinance, upon the expiry of his current term of office on 23 October 2012. 新任／續任大學校董 New/Reappointed Council Members 范思浩先生（ 左 ）獲逸夫書院校董會依據《香港中文大學條例》規 程11第1（e）段、第4段及第5段推選，接替李和聲博士出任大學校 董，任期由2012年7月1日起至2014年9月9日止。 Mr. Hamen S.H. Fan ( left ) has been elected by the Board of Trustees of Shaw College, in accordance with Statute 11.1(e), 11.4 and 11.5 of The Chinese University of Hong Kong Ordinance, to serve as Council Member, succeeding Dr. Lee Woo Sing, from 1 July 2012 to 9 September 2014. 大學校董陸耀文先生及李劍雄先生的任期在2012年7月11日屆滿， 依據《香港中文大學條例》規程11第1（n）段、第4段及第5段規 定，黃顯榮先生（ 右 ）及李劍雄先生獲校友評議會推選／再度推選， 繼陸耀文先生及於李先生的現屆任期屆滿後出任／續任大學校 董，任期均為三年，由2012年7月12日起生效。 Mr. Simon H.W. Wong ( right ) and Mr. John K.H. Lee have been elected/re-elected by the Convocation, in accordance with Statute 11.1(n), 11.4 and 11.5 of The Chinese University of Hong Kong Ordinance, as Members of the Council each for a period of three years from 12 July 2012, succeeding Mr. Raymond Y.M. Luk and upon the expiry of the current period of membership of Mr. Lee on 11 July 2012. 新任協理副校長 New Associate Pro-Vice-Chancellor 校董會通過委任管理學系張偉雄教授為協理副校長，任期三年， 由2012年8月1日起履任。 The Council has approved the appointment of Prof. Gordon W.H. Cheung, professor in the Department of Management, as Associate Pro-Vice-Chancellor for three years from 1 August 2012. 新任／續任書院院長 New/Reappointed College Heads • 大學校董會依據《香港中文大學條例》規程9第1段及 第3段規定，並經由《大學條例》規程9第1段及規程 16第6（b）段所組成的委員會推薦，委任化學系余濟 美教授（ 右 ）接替馮國培教授為聯合書院院長，任期 四年，由2012年8月1日起生效。 • 晨興書院首任院長Prof. Sir James Mirrlees的任期 將於2012年12月31日屆滿，經校長推薦，大學校董會 再度委任他為晨興書院院長，任期三年，由2013年 1月1日起生效。 • In accordance with Statute 9.1 and 9.3 of The Chinese University of Hong Kong Ordinance, the Council of CUHK has appointed Prof. Jimmy C.M. Yu ( above ), professor in the Department of Chemistry, as Head of United College for a period of four years from 1 August 2012, succeeding Prof. Fung Kwok-pui, as recommended by the committee constituted in accordance with Statues 9.1 and 16.6(b) of the Ordinance. • The Council has approved the re-appointment of Prof. Sir James Mirrlees as (Founding) Master of Morningside College for a further period of three years from 1 January 2013, as recommended by the Vice-Chancellor, upon the expiry of his current period of appointment on 31 December 2012. 何國強教授 生命科學學院 （2012年1月18日生效） Prof. Ho Kwok-keung Walter, School of Life Sciences (w.e.f. 18 January 2012) 梁怡教授 地理與資源管理學系 （2012年8月1日生效） Prof. Leung Yee, Department of Geography and Resource Management (w.e.f. 1 August 2012) 麥嘉敏教授 學能提升研究中心 （2012年8月1日生效） Prof. Carmel M.
