3 CUSIS The Chinese University Student Information System (CUSIS) can be accessed via the MyCUHK portal. Students can manage a range of personal and academic information through CUSIS, e.g., to process registration, update personal information, pay school fees, register in classes, view official grades, apply for exemptions, change/declare concentration, submit financial aids and scholarship application forms, and check learning progress, etc. Details are available at: www.cuhk.edu.hk/cusis. CUSIS is also accessible to staff and alumni. Wi-Fi A wireless LAN has been installed on campus covering most of the public open areas, libraries, major classrooms, student hostels and student canteens. Details are available at: www. cuhk.edu.hk/itsc/network/wlan/index.html. Students and staff can also join the CUHK Wi-Fi Hotspot Partnership Programme. To open an account, register at : https://wifipartners.itsc.cuhk. edu.hk. Mobile App The ‘CUHK Mobile’ app is available on iPhone and Android devices for checking campus information, e.g., buildings, contact information, shuttle bus routes and timetable, and current updates. Technical Support The Information and Technology Services Centre (ITSC) provides consultation services to students and staff who have difficulty in using the University’s computer systems. CUHK members are welcome to use the 24-hour computer laboratories managed by ITSC.
