The amount indicated does not include funding from industrial partners. 至於本校向政府及私人機構提交的研究資助申請，成績向來 甚佳。一九九九至二零零零年度，本校取得研究資助局的 競爭性甄選撥款達八千一百六十九萬港元，醫療服務研究基 金六百八十萬港元，優質敎育基金八千六百一十萬港元，以 及創新及科技基金六千零二十萬港元。 本年度經校內研究委員會分配的研究經費共二千九百二十萬 港元，其中一千六百七十萬元為研究資助局的直接撥款， 餘額則從政府的整體撥款抽調而來，用以資助經費少於二十 萬港元的研究項目，和五類研究活動，包括與卓越研究中心 合作進行的幹線研究計劃，長期的策略性研究計劃，研究生 universities, was awarded H K $ 5 1 m i l l i o n.
