In April 2009, SCS signed an agreement with the Institute of Legal Executives of England and Wales to announce the launch of the new joint programme, ‘Professional Diploma Programme in Legal Executive Studies’. To promote learning of the Korean language and Korean culture, SCS established the first Korean Language Education and Culture Centre in Hong Kong in November 2008.
