The assessment tools used by th e ATC ran ge fr om traditional paper-an d-pen cil inventories to assessment centres and have been proven to be academically valid. The ATC caters to the needs of indiv idual organizations by using expert teams to work closely with clients. Organizations may choose to have the training conducted on site or to use the modern facilities of the centre.
