宣 布 事 項 ANNOUNCEMENTS 第六十一屆大會典禮特別安排 Arrangements for the 61st Congregation 大學第六十一屆大會(新任校長就職典禮暨頒授學 位典禮)將於十二月九日（星期四)上午十時在林蔭大道 舉行，由大學校董會主席鄭維健博士主持劉遵義校長就 職典禮並頒授榮譽博士學位、高級學位及學士學位。 各成員書院和兼讀學士學位課程當天下午各自為 所屬學士學位畢業生舉行畢業禮，詳情如下： 畢業典禮 主禮嘉賓 時間 地點 聯合書院 殷巧兒女士 下午十二時三十分至 二時三十分 邵逸夫堂 新亞書院 盧瑋鑾教授 下午二至四時 林蔭大道 崇基學院 陳永堅先生 下午二至四時 崇基禮拜堂 兼讀學士學位課程 廖柏偉教授 下午三至四時 何善衡工程學大樓王統元堂 逸夫書院 張烈生先生 下午三時十五分至 四時四十五分 邵逸夫堂 今年的碩士學位課程畢業典禮安排於翌日（即十二月十日）在邵逸夫堂舉行，由 副校長兼研究院院長楊綱凱教授主持，詳情如下︰ 碩士學位課程畢業典禮 主禮嘉賓 時間 第一節(工商管理學院及理學院） 周松崗爵士 上午十時至十一時十五分 第二節(教育學院、工程學院及醫學院） 王維基先生 下午一時三十分至二時四十五分 第三節(文學院及社會科學院） 吳方笑薇女士 下午四時至五時十五分 披袍處 大學行政樓祖堯堂為披袍處。典禮行列準於九時四十分列隊，並於九時五十五 分離開祖堯堂。 交通 十二月九日，范克廉樓、富爾敦樓、大學行政樓、中國文化研究所、田家炳樓 及大學圖書館等停車場，皆保留予嘉賓及公務車輛專用。 邵逸夫堂對面停車場暂停開放 邵逸夫堂對面之停車場將闢作畢業生座席，該停車場由十一月二十七日至十二 月十三日暫停開放，以便蓋搭帳篷。 停課 十二月九日，醫科一、二年級停課，全日制本科課程及研究院課程第一學期科 目考試暫停。 范克廉樓部分餐廳暫停服務 范克廉樓學生餐廳於十二月九日上午七時三十分至下午三時三十分暫停服務， 以便安排典禮後之茶會。泳池旁快餐店之部分座位，是日上午十一時三十分至下午 二時三十分將預留作舉行兼讀學士學位課程畢業午餐會之用。 天雨安排 如遇天雨，第六十一屆大會將改在邵逸夫堂舉行；而新亞書院畢業典禮改在新 亞書院體育館舉行。 The Sixty-firs t Congregatio n fo r th e Installatio n o f the New Vice-Chancello r an d for th e Conferment o f Degrees w i l l b e held at 10.0 0 a.m. on 9th December 200 4 a t the University Mall . Suspension of Classes Classes fo r Medica l Years 1 and 2 and first term course examination s fo r full - time undergraduat e programme s an d postgraduate programme s w i l l b e suspende d on 9th December 2004 . Temporary Closure of BFC Canteens The Benjamin Franklin Centre student canteen w i ll be closed from 7.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m . o n 9t h Decembe r 2004 , a s i t w i l l b e use d fo r te a reception fo r highe r degree graduate s afte r the congregation. Th e Fas t Food Sho p w i l l als o be partiall y reserved on the day from 11.3 0 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. for the lunch gathering of graduates of the Part-time Degre e Programmes an d their families .
